Wonderful friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
We experienced issues with the WiFi that were really frustrating. it constantly dropped, and sometimes it was slow. Additionally, the breakfast experience was uncomfortable since they started packing up before we finished eating, which felt inconsiderate. Instead of allowing everyone to finish, they rushed the cleanup and made it an unpleasant start to our mornings.

Family with kids, Worth the price for the hot springs
The breakfast was fantastic, especially the scrambled eggs! ! My kids loved the pool area, it was nice and warm, and they spent hours there. Also, we got free access to the hot springs at the sister hotel, which was a huge hit with the family.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but we got good value for what we paid.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. The AC worked well, keeping things cool. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and the decor felt outdated. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it, but it was fine for a quick stay.

We had a fantastic experience at this inn! The breakfast buffet was a great way to kick off our days, and the staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us to local attractions. We also enjoyed the mineral hot pools nearby, which was a lovely bonus for our family.
My wife says that it would be great if there were a few more kid-friendly activities available.

The staff at the reception was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Having a swimming pool to relax in after exploring was wonderful, and the location was fantastic, close to great restaurants like Casa Fortuna with its amazing cordon blue. The highlight for us was the free pass to the hot springs, perfect for those rainy days!

Clean, comfortable rooms with a decent layout made for a pleasant stay. The prime location allows for easy access to local restaurants and attractions, while the relaxing pool serves as a great retreat after a day of adventures.
Thin walls pose a challenge. you can hear bustling activity from neighboring rooms and outside, especially when tour buses arrive in the evening. Room quality seems inconsistent, with outdated mattresses that may feel off-putting. Drinking water isn't provided for free, which feels inconvenient, so don't forget to plan ahead toward avoiding plastic waste.

This place really took care of us when our flight was delayed, and we checked in at midnight! We enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool and the relaxing hot spring pass at their sister hotel. The only downside was the bathroom could use some updates, but it didn't ruin our great time here! 😊

We went on the Tarzan Swing for an unforgettable thrill and enjoyed an amazing horse riding adventure with a stunning look-out point. Plus, the hotel has a great pool, delicious breakfast, and is in a prime location near restaurants. The hot springs access was a highlight! Super friendly staff helped make our stay memorable.
The only downside was the damp bathroom, and little bugs came in from the mostly open windows. Keeping the door closed helped a bit, but it was still a bit annoying.

Location is super central in La Fortuna, so easy to walk everywhere. I loved the pool view of the Arenal volcano. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and comfy towels. Plus, they offer a day pass to a nearby hotel spa! Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Amazing staff and hot springs access!
We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The staff were super friendly, even helped us get tix for hanging bridges. The thermal baths were an absolute treat! Breakfast was a nice spread too. Only thing, it's not super easy to find initially. But once you're there, it's a gem!
